Prefer to use Google Authenticator without a mobile app? You can easily set it up as a browser extension for enhanced security on your coinpass account.

Install Authenticator Extension:
- Go to the Google Authenticator extension page.
- Click on Add to Chrome > Add Extension to confirm adding the Authenticator as an extension.
- Pin the Authenticator App to your browser toolbar for easy access.

Setup Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on coinpass:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Security page.
- Select Two Factor Authentication and click the Secure Now button. A QR code will be displayed.

Link Authenticator App:
- Click the pinned Authenticator icon in the browser toolbar.
- Click the Edit icon and then the (+) plus icon to add an account.
- Choose Scan QR Code and capture the QR code displayed on the coinpass security page.
- Click the pinned Authenticator icon in the browser toolbar.

Complete 2FA Setup:
- After scanning, a confirmation prompt will indicate that your email address has been added.
- Click the Next button to open the window for entering the 2FA verification code.
- Type the 2FA code generated by the Authenticator extension and click the Secure Now button.
- After scanning, a confirmation prompt will indicate that your email address has been added.
