How to make a Crypto withdrawal on the coinpass mobile app?

To withdraw crypto to your external wallet or another exchange, follow these steps:

  1.  Access the Control Center: Click on the control center logo located in the bottom menu bar.
  2. Locate Crypto Withdrawal: Scroll down and click on Crypto.
  3. Locate Crypto Withdrawal: Click the Swap icon in the top right-hand corner to change the page from Crypto Deposit to Crypto Withdrawal.
  4. Initiate the Withdrawal Process: 
    1. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw by clicking on the Asset drop-down menu.
    2. Once selected, click on Withdraw Funds.
  5. Specify the Destination Wallet Address: 
    1. Choose the destination wallet address from your list of whitelisted addresses.
    2. If no whitelisted addresses are available, refer to the instructions for adding a wallet to the whitelist.
  6. Enter the Withdrawal Amount: Indicate the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw and click on Withdraw Funds.
  7. Withdrawal Confirmation Code:
    1. A verification code will be sent via email.
    2. Click the Resend Email button in case no verification code email is received.
  8. Verify using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enter the 6-digit MFA code generated by your preferred MFA app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
  9. Monitor the Blockchain Confirmation: Once the transaction is successfully confirmed on the blockchain, the cryptocurrency will be transferred to the specified destination wallet address.
