You can reset your password at any time in the coinpass mobile app.
Follow any one of the following two procedures:
- Resetting Password (When You Know Your Current Password).
- Resetting Password (If You Forgot Your Password).
Resetting Password (When You Know Your Current Password).

Access Control Center:
- Begin by logging into your account.
- Tap the control center logo on the bottom menu bar to navigate to the Control Center.

Navigate to Password Settings: Scroll down, click on Account Security and then select Password.

Enter Password Details:
- Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
- Enter your desired new password in the New Password field.
- Confirm the new password by reentering it in the Confirm New Password field.
- Click on Update to save the changes.
- Ensure your new password meets the following criteria:
- Minimum of 10 characters.
- At least one lowercase letter.
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one number.
- At least one special character.

Completion.
- Once updated, a confirmation message will indicate a successful password reset.
- Tap on Continue and proceed to log in using your new password.
Resetting Password (If You Forgot Your Password).

Access Forgot Password Link: On the login screen of the coinpass mobile app, click the on Forgot Password?.

Enter Registered Email:
- Enter the email address associated with your coinpass account.
- Click on Reset Password to proceed.

Receive Security Verification Code.
- A security verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
- Enter the received code in the provided field within the app.

Enter New Password:
- Once the code is verified, enter your new password.
- Confirm the new password by reentering it in the Confirm New Password field.
- Click on Continue to save changes.
- Ensure your new password meets the following criteria:
- Minimum of 10 characters.
- At least one lowercase letter.
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one number.

Completion:
- Once updated, a confirmation message will indicate a successful password reset.
- Proceed to log in using your new password.
Important Note:
If you receive a password change notification without your knowledge or instruction, please contact support immediately and ask for your account to be locked until further instructions.
