How to make a crypto withdrawal in coinpass web app?

To withdraw cryptos, follow these steps:

  1. Access your account: Begin by logging in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the Wallets section: 
    1. Click on the Account Profile Icon on the top right corner. 
    2. From the dropdown, click on Wallets.
  3. Initiate the withdrawal process: 
    1. Click on the Withdraw option from the left navigation pane. 
    2. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw by clicking on the Select Currency drop-down menu. 
    3. Once selected, click on the Withdraw Funds button.
  4. Specify the destination wallet address: Choose the destination wallet address from your list of whitelisted addresses. If no whitelisted addresses are available, refer to the Adding a crypto wallet to the whitelist topic.
  5. Enter the withdrawal amount: Indicate the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.
  6. Verify using multi-factor authentication (MFA): Enter the 6-digit MFA code generated by your preferred MFA app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
  7. Request withdrawal confirmation code: Click on  Send code to receive a verification code via email.
  8. Complete the withdrawal: Once you receive the email verification code, enter it into the provided field and click on Withdraw to finalize the transaction.
  9. Monitor the blockchain confirmation: Once the transaction is successfully confirmed on the blockchain, the cryptocurrency will be transferred to the specified destination wallet address.
