You can change your password in one of the following ways:
Change your password via the login page

Initiate the password reset process:
On the login page, click on Forgot password?. -
Enter your email address:
Click on Send verification code. You’ll receive an email with a verification code on your registered email address.
Note: If you can’t find the email, make sure you check the Spam folders. -
Retrieve the code and enter it on the website.
The code in your email is valid for a limited period. Copy the code and paste it into the designated field on the Reset Password page. -
Create your new password:
Choose a strong password that meets the listed requirements. These requirements include a minimum length, a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable passwords like your birthday or pet's name. -
Log in with your new password:
Once you confirm your new password, the website should redirect you to the main login page. Log in with your email address and your newly created password.
Change your password via the coinpass platform

Go to the Password Reset page:
- Log in
- Click on the Account Profile Icon in the top right corner.
- From the dropdown, click on Password.

Initiate the password reset process:
Click on Reset Password to start the process. -
Create your new password:
Fill in the current password and the new preferred password. Reenter the new password to confirm it. Make sure the new password meets the requirements such as minimum length, combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable passwords like your birthday or pet's name. - Confirm the password reset process: Click on Change Password to proceed.

Completion: A message prompt will be displayed to confirm that your password was changed successfully.
