For security purposes, account modification is only available via the Client Experience team. To modify or update your account details, follow these steps:

Review Your Information:
- Begin by logging in to your account.
- Go to the Account Details section to verify if your current information is correct.
- Click on the Account Profile Icon on the top right corner.
- From the dropdown click on Profile.

Contact Support: Since account modifications are handled securely via the Client Experience Team, please contact us.
- Verify Your Identity: To protect your account, you'll be asked to verify your identity.
- Provide Updated Details: Clearly state the specific details you need to change or update.
- Include Proof: For the verification purpose, you will be asked to provide additional documents as a proof. This will be requested by the client experience team.
- Confirmation: Once your request and documents have been reviewed and approved, you'll receive an email confirmation that your account details have been successfully updated.
