At coinpass, we prioritize security and compliance. To ensure a seamless trading experience, all users need to complete a Know Your Client (KYC) process. When you open an account with coinpass, you have the basic KYC account level.
Why upgrade your KYC?
You can upgrade to Bronze, Silver or Gold Account Level by completing additional KYC requirements. Each level provides additional benefits as shown in the following table:

| Bronze | Deposit, Trade |
| Silver | Deposit, Trade, Withdraw |
| Gold | Deposit, Trade, Withdraw with unlimited amounts |

How to Upgrade Your KYC:

Go to Your Account Profile:
- Begin by logging in to your account.
- Click on the Account Profile Icon on the top right corner.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Select KYC from the left pane menu.
The Account Level page provides information on documents required for KYC at each level.
- Check Your Current Status: On your Profile page, you'll see your current KYC level.
- Upgrade KYC: Click the Upgrade button next to the Account level you wish to upgrade. This step will guide you through the process of submitting the required documentation to upgrade your account.
