Password Reset via Coinpass Mobile

Resetting your coinpass account password is made easy. There are two ways in which you are able to reset your password.

1st Way

If you are logged into coinpass Mobile platform:

1. Click the Profile button on the lower right of your screen.

2. Click Accounts.

3. You will be directed to your account information.

4. Scroll down and click Reset Password.

5. Enter your current password and create a new password with confirmation.

6. Then click Reset Password.

If you are not able to log on to the coinpass Mobile platform, then you will need to reset your password from the login screen. The steps below should enable you to do so:

2nd Way

1. Click Forgot Password.

2. Enter your email address. An email will be sent containing the link to reset your password.

Note: Check both inbox and spam folders as it might go either way.

3. Open the email and click the link which will then direct you to new password page.

4. Set your new password.

5. You are now ready to log in and start trading!

Reminder:

We would like to remind our customers that every time you log on to our platform using a different device, you will be asked to verify your “IP Address” through your email.

1. Please make sure to check both inbox and spam folder for an email verification from coinpass.
2. Click the “verify” button to to allow the new IP Address to our platform.
3. Start trading!
