How to remove a debit or credit card in the coinpass web app?

If you have an expired card, or you want to remove cards from your coinpass account, you can remove cards with just a few clicks.

  1. Access your account: Log in to your account.
  2. Access Linked Accounts:
    1. Click on the Account Profile Icon on the top right corner.
    2. From the dropdown, click on Wallets.
    3. On the left-hand side, click on Linked Accounts.
  3. Locate and Remove:
    1. Find the card you want to remove.
    2. Click the red X icon next to the card.
  4. Confirmation:
    You'll see a confirmation message that the card has been successfully removed.

Important notes:

  • Re-adding Cards: You can easily add this debit or credit card back to your account at any time.
  • Cash Withdrawals: Debit or credit cards cannot be used for withdrawals. Funds deposited via cards can only be withdrawn via a bank transfer. To link a bank account for  withdrawals, please submit a recent bank statement (PDF format, issued within the last 3 months) to our Client Experience team via email.
